Koshido Shoji

Part of a suite of coordinating designs completed as part of the Kyoto on the Mississippi project.

These shoji are made with the closely space lattice style of kumiko, jaguchi joint and inner frame. They integrate into very slight grooves in an existing window sill allowing for their transparent removal. Composed of Port Orford Cedar, Ebony.
